Who is the data controller

What is collected
When you send the quote form, I receive what you write: name, company, email, phone, domain, chosen package, whether you want code scanning, and your message.
The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
Why
The information is used only to answer your request and send you a quote. The legal basis is that you ask for a quote yourself (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Who sees the information
The form is sent through the Web3Forms service, which forwards it to my email. Web3Forms also receives your IP address and information about your browser. The email is then stored with my email provider.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which briefly records technical information such as IP addresses to run and protect the site.
Vercel and Web3Forms may process the information outside the EU. This happens with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. The information is not sold or shared with anyone else.
How long
If the request does not lead to an agreement, I delete it no later than 6 months after our last contact. If it does, I keep the information for as long as the job requires and as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires.
Your rights
You can always find out what information I hold about you and ask to have it corrected or deleted. Email kontakt@akkurt.dk, and I will reply within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how I handle your information, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
