Complete is the most thorough test. It goes beyond the standard check and shows how far an attacker could actually get.
Some businesses cannot afford a day of downtime or a customer data leak. Here, knowing there is a hole is not enough. You need to know what it could lead to.
Complete includes everything in Extended and tests deeper. Every finding gets a risk score, so you can see what is most urgent. Because the test goes further, we agree on the timing in advance, and it requires a separate agreement and written permission.

Can Complete affect our operations?
The test goes deeper, so there is a small risk. That is why we agree on a time when any impact does the least harm, and on what may and may not be tested.
What is a risk score?
A number from 0 to 10 that shows how serious a finding is. It is calculated using a recognised standard and then assessed manually.
How long do we have to fix the findings?
The retest is included if you fix the findings within 90 days of the report.
